APPENDIX A: PARTNERSHIP NOMINATION AND SELECTION PROCESS
Expert Panel

The C-PAL expert panel guides the project, helping shape its overall design. Among other activities, the panel identified resources for the C-PAL website, suggested criteria for choosing communities to visit, nominated partnerships for site visits, and reviewed drafts of the Partnership Profiles. Currently, they help with dissemination of the profiles. Members of the panel, listed below, include experts in adult education research; practitioners within local education agencies, community colleges, and community-based organizations; and policy-makers in adult literacy, workforce development, and community-based education.
