The Mathematics portion of the exam consists of two parts, each with 25 questions.

• Part 1 of the mathematics portion, students may use a Casio fx-260 calculator to complete the exam questions.
• Part 2 of the Mathematics portion, students may not use a calculator.

20% of the questions across both sections are not multiple choice, but instead ask students to write their actual answer or plot their answer on a coordinate plane. Students have 90 minutes to complete this portion of the exam.
