This section highlights examples of selected businesses that have partnered with adult education organizations, both for workforce development and corporate philanthropy reasonsi. Each example contains a brief description of the partnership, based on information submitted by the business and its partners and obtained through telephone interviews, e-mail exchanges, and Internet research. Click on a business name to learn how that business expanded its employee pipeline, engaged in corporate philanthropy, or connected with adult literacy programs through an intermediary organization. Some examples illustrate more than one type of partnership.
