Boston Workforce Development Initiative
Jobs for the Future (JFF)
Created in response to a lack of skilled workers, an incomplete workforce development system, and insufficient public resources in Boston, this project appeals to local and national funders and advocates for public policies and economic resources to support enhanced workforce development.

Ohio Literacy Resource Center: Workplace Module Development Workshop
Series of interactive sessions on problem solving, test taking, time management, and working with difficult people. For workplace learners to use independently or with instructor. Also provides extensive list of relevant resources for workplace education.

Virginia's Workforce Improvement Network (VAWIN)
Office of Adult Education, Virginia Department of Education
Collaboration between James Madison University and the Virginia Literacy Foundation to support improved workforce education in Virginia. Services include training for curriculum development and instruction, research and dissemination of workforce skills materials and other programs for business, industry and government on the impact of skills training on the workforce. Website provides a directory of local, state and national workforce development online resources.
