Workforce Education Research Center (WERC) Pennsylvania Department of Education, Bureau of Adult Basic and Literacy Education (ABLE) This web-based resource center links to a variety of work-related resources, information on the state's foundation skills, and training, technical assistance, and funding opportunities for Pennsylvania programs. Also presents information on PA WIN, an incumbent worker program that customizes the foundation skills framework for specific workplaces, and WorkABLE, which helps with the classroom application of foundation skills. |
