Provides 20 criteria for selecting and designing adult education professional development materials and resources. Criteria fall into four categories: Appropriateness of General Content; Appropriateness of Design and Delivery; Quality of Research Base; and Ease of Adoption/Adaptation. Tool was developed using literature reviews, field surveys, interviews, reviews by experts in the field, and PRO-NET member feedback.
