The Community Guide to Helping America's Youth
Helping America's Youth (HAY)
Developed by nine federal agencies to help strengthen the relationships between youth and their family, school, and community, this guide includes tips on forming and maintaining partnerships, a tool to locate and assess community resources and needs, and a database of 180 evidence-based youth programs.
