Accommodating Adults with Disabilities in Adult Education Programs
University of Kansas Center for Research and Learning
Summarizes findings from a three-year research and demonstration project that examined accommodations made to adults with disabilities and attempted to validate the ones that proved to be most useful in class and during testing. The research, funded by the U.S. Department of Education and the National Institute for Disability and Rehabilitation Research, was conducted at 10 diverse field sites in eight states.
