Evaluation of Workplace Literacy Programs: A Profile of Effective Instructional Practices

Using a study of 10 workplace literacy programs, Mikulecky and Lloyd created a data-based model for evaluating workplace literacy programs. Addresses the contrasting needs of programs for custom assessments with the researcher/funder's need to aggregate data across programs.

Linking Research and Evaluation to Policy and Practice in Adult Education: Final Report
